Doula Me Please: Hires me as your personal doula and will include physical, emotional and informational support for both mommy and spouse and any additional child(ren). We will put together a very detailed birth plan to ensure you have the birth experience of your choice. We will go over and practice comfort measures, touch basis on childbirth education and get you familiar with breastfeeding, create a healthy workout or yoga routine and meal plan to accommodate mommy’s changing body if desired. Most importantly you will have my full support every step of the way. Please keep in mind doulas do not make decisions for you in any way, shape or form. We simply advocate the decisions you already have made to ensure the birth experience of your choice.
